These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Swim Class Singapore website and participation in our swimming lessons.

By booking or participating in swimming lessons arranged through Swim Class Singapore, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Swimming Lesson Services

Swim Class Singapore provides swimming instruction for children including:

Baby swimming lessons (6 months – 3 years)
Beginner swimming lessons
Intermediate swimming lessons
SwimSafer preparation programmes

Lessons may take place at public swimming complexes or private condominium pools in Singapore.

2. Lesson Locations

Swimming lessons may be conducted at:

Public swimming complexes
Private condominium swimming pools

Lessons conducted at condominium pools are available only to residents of that condominium, in accordance with the property’s management rules.

Parents are responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to use the condo pool facilities.

3. Lesson Participation and Health Declaration

Parents or guardians must ensure that their child is physically able to participate in swimming lessons.

You agree to inform Swim Class Singapore if your child has:

Medical conditions
Physical limitations
Health concerns affecting swimming activities

Participation in swimming lessons is voluntary and conducted at the participant’s own risk.

4. Safety and Supervision

Swim Class Singapore prioritises water safety in all lessons.

Our instructors follow recognised teaching standards and safety practices when conducting lessons.

However, parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children before, during, and after lessons, especially for younger swimmers.

For baby swimming classes, parent participation may be required.

5. Instructor Qualifications

Swim Class Singapore instructors are trained in recognised swimming teaching methods and may hold certifications including:

SwimSafer-aligned teaching standards
CPR and First Aid training
Child-safe coaching practices

Instructor assignments may vary depending on location, scheduling, and availability.

6. Lesson Scheduling

Lesson schedules are arranged based on instructor availability, pool access, and participant preferences.

Schedules may occasionally change due to:

Weather conditions
Pool maintenance or closures
Instructor availability

Parents will be notified of any necessary schedule adjustments.

7. Payments

Lesson fees and payment arrangements will be communicated prior to the start of lessons.

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule in order to confirm lesson bookings.

8. Photography and Media

During swimming lessons, photos or videos may occasionally be taken for educational or promotional purposes.

By participating in lessons, you grant Swim Class Singapore permission to use such materials for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

Parents may request that their child’s images not be used by notifying us in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Swimming is a physical activity that involves inherent risks.

By enrolling in swimming lessons, parents acknowledge that:

Participation involves potential risks of injury or accidents.

Swim Class Singapore and its instructors shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in swimming lessons except where required by law.

10. Website Use

All content on the Swim Class Singapore website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Swim Class Singapore.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

Swim Class Singapore may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
